Greetings to the holders of FLY, this is Angus, the Head of VRM Trade Korea. We would like to disclose our future plans for the Franklin (as followed FLY) project. FLY project has made an internal decision to take over the FLY project in order to expand its ecosystem, pioneer new markets and operate the Franklin project more effectively and efficiently. First of all, we plan to transfer all project management rights to VRM Trade Korea Team, from the original Franklin Project operating entity therefore new members and development personnel will prosecute the project. Upon the completion of the acquisition, the operating rights, ownership and development of the FLY project will be integrated and thoroughly managed by VRM Trade Korea. VRM Trade Korea is planning to broaden the FLY Token ecosystem while preserving the identity, go public on new exchange listings and conduct aggressive marketing to various communities in Korea and other countries. We will extensively reorganize and renew the existing services such as Trading, IDO/Fly Launchpad, Staking, FARMING, BRIDGE, etc and establish “FLY Finance Ecosystem” which will be used together with NFT on a new platform. New services include IDO/INO (Initial NFT Offering) of a new concept using NFT, launchpad, decentralized investment and funding platform operation, etc., hence more rewards could be paid back to the holders. NFTs issued by the Fly Finance Ecosystem will only be able to be minted with FLY Token, a Governance Token, and the number of Fly Token incineration sites will be expanded accordingly. Not to mention, the flow will continuously be controlled by the the revenue generated from the Fly Finance Ecosystem through Fly Token Buyback and the withdrawn tokens will be incinerated. VRM Trade Korea plan to launch FLY DAO service to start off the governance function of Fly Finance Ecosystem and we seek for feedbacks and opinions from FLY holders to create it all together. Also, plans of Bo market and BlackOcean will suspend to focus on other products.
